Slow Cooker Balsamic Applesauce Directions

    1. Place apple chunks in a slow cooker.
    2. Toss with lemon juice and then add in sugar and vinegar, stirring to combine.
    3. Cover with lid. Cook on low to medium for 3 to 4 hours, (harder apples take a little longer), until apples are very soft. Stir and adjust sugar and vinegar to taste.
    4. Eat hot, warm or cold.
