Apricot Glazed Carrots Directions
- In a medium saucepan, saute the carrots in the butter over medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Add chicken broth, apricots, honey, balsamic vinegar, and cinnamon to the carrots. Cover and simmer 5-6 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
