Brussels Sprouts With Bacon Pistachios and Balsamic Vinegar Directions

    1. Pre cook brussels sprouts by pan roasting until almost tender, approximately 15 minutes.
    2. Fry bacon in sauce pan until crisp.
    3. Remove from pan and add brussels sprouts to bacon grease, saute for 1-2 minutes.
    4. Add pistachios and balsamic vinegar.
    5. Stir around for 1-2 minutes, reducing balsamic and glazing sprouts and nuts.
    6. Add bacon back to pan and season with salt and pepper.
