Celia's Broccoli with Pancetta & Balsamic Glaze Directions
- Cook pancetta in 12-inch skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from skillet; set aside.
- Melt butter in same skillet with pancetta drippings until sizzling; add shallots and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Add broccoli and white wine. Cover; cook 5-8 minutes or until broccoli is crisply tender.
- Add sugar and balsamic vinegar; bring to a boil. Cook 3-5 minutes or until mixture is thickened.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Garnish with crispy pancetta.
- Serve immediately.
