Pear Lime Cinnamon Apple Chutney Directions

    1. Place the apples, onions, apricots, raisins, sugar, vinegar and black pepper in a saucepan.
    2. Bring to the boil and then simmer gently for 30 minutes until the mixture has reduced, thickened slightly and turned a golden color.
    3. Cool slightly and transfer into 2 sterilized jars. Seal and freeze or store in fridge.
