Blackberry Wings and Dipping Sauce Directions
- Place chicken wings in large mixing bowl.
- Combine berries, oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire, beer, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper in a blender; blend until smooth. Set aside 3/4 cup sauce for dipping.
- Pour remaining sauce over wings in a bowl; toss to coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat over to 450°F. Line a baking sheet or roasting pan with foil and coat with nonstick spray. Place wings on pan. (Discard marinade.)
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until cooked through and well browned.
- Serve warm or cool with reserved dipping sauce.
