Blackberry Wings and Dipping Sauce Directions

    1. Place chicken wings in large mixing bowl.
    2. Combine berries, oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire, beer, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper in a blender; blend until smooth. Set aside 3/4 cup sauce for dipping.
    3. Pour remaining sauce over wings in a bowl; toss to coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 4 hours or overnight.
    4. Preheat over to 450°F. Line a baking sheet or roasting pan with foil and coat with nonstick spray. Place wings on pan. (Discard marinade.)
    5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until cooked through and well browned.
    6. Serve warm or cool with reserved dipping sauce.
