Black Bean and Corn Salsa

Celia's Traditional White balsamic vinegar

Ingredients

1 (14 1/2 ounce) can black beans (rinsed and drained)
2 cups cooked fresh corn kernels OR 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can white corn (drained)
2 large fresh tomatoes diced OR 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes (lightly drained)
1 small sweet onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon lime juice
3 tablespoons Celia's Traditional White balsamic vinegar

Black Bean and Corn Salsa Directions

mix well, chill and enjoy.
