Jill's Mango Salsa Chicken Directions

    1. Place half of the juice of the Mango container in saute pan, add 3 TBS vinegar. Heat to medium heat, add chicken, season to taste and cook until done.
    2. Drain chicken and set aside on plate. Wipe saute pan clean.
    3. Place butter in saute pan and heat to medium. Add carrots, onions and celery (Use whatever veges you like or may have at the time). Saute until almost done. Add the rest of the Mango juice, Mango chunks, Yogurt, Salsa, 3-4 TBS Vinegar and Chicken and cook until hot. Season to taste.
    4. Serve alone or over rice or pasta, or in a pita bread
