Pulled Pesto Roast Sannies Directions

    1. Trim fat from roast.
    2. Place onion, celery, Parmesan Pesto and dry ranch in a crock pot. Mix well. Add roast to crock pot, spoon liquid mixture over top and make sure roast is on the bottom of the pot and covered with mixture as much as possible. Cook on low approximately 4-5 hours until roast is done. Remove roast and pull apart into shreds. Put meat back in crock pot and mix with liquid mixture. Cook another 30 minutes to heat and season meat.
    3. Drain meat and place meat and veggies on rolls.
