Spicey Popcorn Cauliflower Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
- Place in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with the melted butter to ensure all the pieces are coated.
- Mix the spices and EVOO together and drizzle over the cauliflower, mix ensuring that the pieces are well coated.
- Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes on the top rack, until nicely browned.
