White Truffle Garlic Mushrooms Directions

    1. In a pan, heat White Truffle Olive Oil. Add garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
    2. Add mushrooms, pepper and salt to garlic/olive oil mixture and saute for 5 minutes until mushrooms begin to soften
    3. Add white wine to the pan and continue to saute until evaporated/mushrooms are cooked, approximately 10 minutes
    4. Serve as a side dish or on crusty bread as an easy appetizer.
